Privacy Notice 

1. Controller

Fingerprint — Architecture & Interior Design, established in Portugal, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. Contact: fingerprint.idesign@gmail.com.

2. Data we process

If you write to us by e-mail we process the identification and contact details you provide (name, e-mail address, telephone number where given) and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of answering you and, where applicable, preparing and performing a design contract.

This website has no contact form, no account area and no newsletter sign-up. We do not collect payment data through this site.

3. Legal basis

Answering enquiries and performing contracts: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Keeping accounting and tax records: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, in accordance with Portuguese tax law. Our legitimate interest in the security and correct operation of the website: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising, profiling or analytics cookies, and it does not embed third-party trackers or social plug-ins. No consent banner is therefore required under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as transposed by Portuguese Law 41/2004.

Strictly necessary technical storage may be used by the hosting infrastructure to deliver pages and protect the service. Such storage is exempt from consent. Images are served from the site's own delivery network.

5. Recipients and transfers

Personal data may be accessed by our hosting and e-mail providers acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR, and by our accountants and legal advisers where strictly necessary. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years from the last contact. Contract and invoicing records are kept for ten years, as required by Portuguese tax legislation.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability, by writing to fingerprint.idesign@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Av. D. Carlos I, 134 — 1.º, 1200-651 Lisboa, www.cnpd.pt.

This notice may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The version published on this page is the one in force.
