1. Identification of the provider
Fingerprint — Architecture & Interior Design, an architecture and interior design practice established in Portugal. E-mail: fingerprint.idesign@gmail.com.
The practice is directed by the founding architect Carlos de Vasconcellos and works from Viseu and the Algarve on projects across Portugal and abroad.
The full legal denomination, registered office, tax identification number (NIPC/NIF) and Ordem dos Arquitetos registration number are stated on every contract and invoice issued by the studio and are supplied on request by e-mail, in accordance with Decree-Law 7/2004 on electronic commerce and Article 171 of the Commercial Companies Code.
2. Purpose of the website
This website is an informational portfolio. It does not sell goods or services online, does not process payments and does not conclude contracts at a distance. Any commission is agreed by a separate written contract.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — photographs, drawings, project descriptions, the FINGERPRINT name and logotype, and the layout of the pages — is protected by the Portuguese Copyright and Related Rights Code and by industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
4. Liability
The studio takes care to keep the information published here accurate and up to date, but gives no warranty as to completeness. Photographs illustrate completed work and are not an offer or a specification. External links are provided for convenience and are outside our control.
5. Complaints and dispute resolution
Consumers may submit a complaint through the electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt, in accordance with Decree-Law 156/2005.

Under Law 144/2015, consumers may refer disputes to an alternative dispute resolution entity with territorial jurisdiction, and to the European Commission's ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of the studio's registered office have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
